Terms and Conditions
All installations are sold on a time and material basis. These packages are not fixed bid contracts.
The customer is responsible for supplying the following:
- Proper mounting bracket for TV
- Power outlet behind TV for wires out of sight applications
- Power A/V cables for TV and system hook-up
- Proper mounts and or stands for speakers if applicable
- Speaker wire. If retrofitting, speaker wire must be UL/CL3 rated
- Equipment must be located below TV for wires out of sight applications
The following services are NOT included in the standard cost for service:
- Re-retro of existing A/V cables and or jacks
- Assembly and or relocating A/V cabinets and furniture
- Mounting TV over fireplace (purchased separately)
- Non-standard frame/sheetrock and or masonry wall applications
- Sanding, painting and other finish work related to retrofitting
- Other non-standard work required to complete installation will be determined by installer
- No guarantee on every function and feature on every device when programming remotes
An in-home sight survey is recommended when non-standard applications exist.
