  • Home Electronic Connect Team is a Portland, Oregon owned and operated installation company. Our installers are employees on our staff, and we manage them directly on a day-to-day basis. Most of our competitors are lead generating organizations that talk to you about your home, and then send out an installer they have never met in person.
  • Home Electronic Connect Team has been providing high quality installation services since 1992. We have helped people with system upgrades, new televisions, and projector lamps. We want you to stay customers for life, just like most of our clients already are.
  • We do it right the first time, and stand by our work. Part of being local includes being accountable. We are the folks that will see you in the grocery store, and we want you to say, "That's my theater guy!".

  • We show up when we say we will. We call you when we are on our way, and we welcome your questions about the work we are doing. We are *not* the group that gives you a 4-hour window. We live in the area, just like you. We want your experience to be easy and pleasant. Obviously, we do have dispatch needs, so we can give you your technician's cell number, and they have a way to reach you. Scheduling should be easy. It is with us.
  • We provide a 1 year warranty on our service at no additional charge.
  • Buying local is an important economic decision. Every dollar you spend stays in the local economy. However, we would not ask you to do this if our service weren't better than the others.

We are locally owned, operated, and staffed. You are being served by your neighbors. We are also committed to getting your installation right the first time.
